THE CHALLENGE:

The client offered brunch gift cards, but sales were non-existent. The product wasn’t prominently featured online or offline, and customers often didn’t even know it existed.

What I did

• Made the offer more visible and visually appealing on the website.

• Created a pop-up window that appears when visitors land on the site.

• Optimized SEO to attract more organic traffic.

• Designed and printed physical brunch cards for in-store promotion.

• Integrated the offer into marketing materials: Instagram posts, pinned stories, and link-in-bio.

• Built a tracking system for staff to easily manage and redeem gift cards.

• Updated the POS system for smooth processing.

THE result:

Within the campaign period, brunch card sales generated over 73,000 DKK (€9,780 / $10,750) in revenue, and the gift cards became one of the café’s most popular offerings.
